Customer Service US Time Zone
Myphoner is a growing SaaS business providing cold calling software for SMBs.
As a growing startup, we are looking to bring on board a part-time customer service consultant to work with our clients within the US time zone.
An easy to use cold calling application created by our founder when he realised how cumbersome & costly most diallers and CRM’s are. Over the last seven years, he developed Myphoner to what it is today; a robust calling tool with an integrated dialler, allowing sales teams to focus on the lead instead of their lists.
The role is multi-faceted as it involves not only assisting clients via Intercom with questions & troubleshooting but also completing specific tasks to further the businesses aims. In this role, you will be responsible for:
Tier 1 Support, including:
Application queries Troubleshooting client problems to find the best solution
Escalate to developer/manager
Respond to clients within a timely manner
Create & edit FAQ’s and articles.
Assist with managing and creating training material. Research blog posts.

Required Skills & Attributes
Fluent in English; (written & spoken) this is the primary language we communicate internally & externally.
Grasp new technologies quickly and able to figure things out.
A growth mindset; ability to learn, take constructive criticism, and be open to advise. Excellent communication skills, being able to converse with clients in an understanding way and read between the lines in terms of their questions to be proactive.
Customer Service (extra point if it’s in SaaS).
Sales Experience (Cold Calling a big plus).
Working with CRM’s | Project Management Tools
Writing documentation & training material.
Worked within a distributed team.
We are specifically needing to cover the US time zones and provide quick support response to clients.
You will be paid for the time spent on the queries as well as all other tasks completed. Ideally, we are looking at around 5 hours a week (and possibly 10 hours for the right candidate) to start. As the role grows, we would then go up in 5-hour blocks to 20 hours a week and overtime to full time.
