Digital Marketing Specialist – Paid Social

We’re looking for a motivated individual to bring their proven Paid Social media experience to support the execution of Paid Social campaigns across various T-Mobile lines of business. This role is critical to our mission of delivering relevant, data-driven digital media activation in line with our broader business strategy.
Reporting into the Manager, Paid Social, the Digital Marketing Specialist – Paid Social will be responsible for owning the creative asset management process and supporting the stewardship of Paid Social campaigns. A successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, a demonstrable ability to manage multiple projects/tasks, a team-oriented approach to work, and a drive to exceed expectations.
Support the development and activation of Paid Social campaigns across various buying platforms, including (but not limited to) Facebook/Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, and Twitter
Oversee and execute the trafficking of creative messages and changes
Monitor daily pacing and performance tracking
Execute on team-set strategies in platforms, and recommend improvements/optimizations for existing and future campaigns
Collaborate with activation team members, in addition to other internal T-Mobile teams, on campaign planning, strategy, activation, optimization, and reporting
