Our practice in New York is growing and we are looking for a Graphic/Information Designer to work with our strategy teams on projects to visualize complex concepts, support compelling narratives with graphic content that illustrates research findings and insights, as well as help, create unique deliverables. Our projects span a broad range of services including workplace strategy, real estate portfolio strategy, change management, and design guidelines. Currently, we are primarily focused on defining hybrid strategies and developing holistic experiences for a wide range of influential organizations such as major corporations, healthcare providers, cultural institutions, developers, and universities.
What You Will Do
As a graphic designer, you’ll…
translate key messages, data, images, and other collateral into graphically compelling visual concepts for print, digital and multi-media use
visualize the synthesis of information and data into relevant findings told through presentations, reports, posters, videos, websites, etc.
develop compelling content that enables clients to visualize and understand the benefits and implications of our strategies and recommendations, such as the impact on space supply and occupancy demand, business goals, and organizational culture
articulate and represent scenarios (with plans, data, feedback, relevant precedents, etc) to represent a range of relevant solutions (e.g. design concepts, work styles, program, service models, etc)
illustrate user journeys that highlight intended experiences, programs, services, and spaces
generate multiple initial concepts for feedback from our project team and/or our client
incorporate input and develop into viable, documented design solutions
integrate our clients’ brand guidelines, messaging, color, imagery, type, and composition into deliverables
collaborate with clients, design teams, and other colleagues on client projects across multiple sectors
