Social Media Specialist
Guardian Direct is insurance, gone digital! We’re the Insuretech arm of Guardian Life Insurance Company, which means that we focus on bringing digital insurance products direct-to-consumer. (Think e-comm, but for insurance.) What you’ll do
Post: Keep our accounts updated, interesting, and on-brand. Drive a holistic multi-platform strategy.
Ideate: Think of creative ways to present products and promote special launches, working with storytelling stakeholders to get it all done.
Trend-spot: Stay versed in everything current and relevant. You’ll be nimble and quick to react to trending pop culture, language, and memes.
The report, strategize & iterate: Pull reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis with a deep understanding of the data. Figure out what works—and what doesn’t—developing a highly iterative process along the way.
Build: Find fresh new ways to reach new people. Whether we’re hopping on a new platform or figuring out the right way to speak to a specific audience, you’ll captain our forward-thinking social strategy.
Engage: Monitor daily activity, responding to comments and DMs as they roll in.
Learn: Social media is a forever-fluid field, and you’re a lifelong learner. You’ll stay up to date on posting trends, platform changes, and ever-evolving best practices.
