Telematics Client Success Trainer

What We Need

We are looking for a Telematics Client Success Trainer who will play a critical part in engineering top-notch products and services in a unique industry and at a rapidly growing organization.

A Day in the Life

  • Execute upon a client training strategy through e-based classes that are offered to clients on how to use technology supporting both existing client education needs and new clients onboarding
  • Develop tools to support training execution
  • Support the execution of all internal team training of new and existing product offerings
  • Collaborate with other department learning and development leaders on how to expand knowledge of technology
  • Provide feedback to internal teams and vendors on technology issues, work with a product manager, engagement manager, and data manager on issue escalation.
