Some of the exciting things you’ll be doing:

Build, maintain, and scale a digital customer research framework. Empowered with this framework, conduct regular research activities with the end-users of our website and eCommerce platform with the goal of making their lives easier and better.

Research is only as good as the action that it enables. With firsthand knowledge of our customers, you integrate research into potential and actual design concepts with sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.

Design isn’t just the interface: you’ll also oversee the cross-disciplines of interaction design, information & content architecture, and iterative testing.

“If you can’t measure it, you can’t improve it…” which is why you’ll develop metrics and measurement approaches to help quantify improvements to user experience and how it connects to marketing & commercial KPIs.

Always looking to add value, you’ll focus on increasing the usability, usefulness, and desirability of our digital customer/user interactions.

Most importantly, the Designer of Digital Experience is a champion of the customer and a customer/user-centered culture, while also weighing the objectives and considerations of the business.
