Virtual Admin Assistant
I’m looking for a virtual Administrative Assistant to help me with multiple business and home administration tasks to support my marketing consultancy and property businesses and personal matters. I am looking for someone to be my right hand who is an efficient, trustworthy, hardworking self-starter that can be quickly rewarded with more hours & pay. My business is growing well at the moment, so it’s a great time to be joining.
Native English is ideal, but either way good English skills are essential.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Business Administrative assistance; Support me with diary management/meeting arrangements and travel bookings, preparing invoices for clients, liaising with the freelance team, etc
Phone calls: Business calls, answering and calling/emailing clients
• 2+ year of office experience
• You’ll need a laptop, good internet connection and phone.
• Proficiency with MS Office Applications (I can provide you with a license for the basic tools (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency with Google Drive and Docs/Sheets/Calendar.
